A one-of-a-kind 1980s Tomasina ivory silk gown, thoughtfully modernized with a strapless sweetheart neckline. Cut from luxurious, heavyweight ivory silk, the gown is classic and minimalist in silhouette, with a dense hand, subtle luminosity, and remarkable weight and richness in person.
Dimensional silk flowers, trimmed in 24K gold foil, adorn the back of the skirt and continue along the train, scattered as though they have fallen behind the bride, a romantic detail that catches the light against the luminous silk.
A piped basque waist defines the silhouette, while layers of tulle beneath the skirt create structure and volume. 28 silk-covered buttons trail down the back, concealing an invisible zipper.

Care

Store properly and wear with care to preserve its condition. The piece has been cleaned and arrives ready to wear. A light steam will be needed to release any wrinkles from shipping. When steaming, we recommend using distilled water and placing a clean white cloth between the steamer and the garment to protect the fabric from potential water marks. When possible, steam from the inside of the garment for the safest and most gentle results.
