Cut from luminous cream satin, this 1930s gown features sheer floral lace detailing across the shoulders and waist, a fitted lace waistband, and a long, fluid draped skirt. Thoughtfully modernized with discreet hook-and-eye closures concealed within the lace, it offers two beautiful ways to wear the gown. Wear it with a dramatic deep V neckline, or reverse it for an elegant high neckline framed by an open back.

CONDITION

This gown is in excellent overall condition for its age. There are two small marks near the bottom of the gown, light marks at the hem, several tiny pin marks at the neckline, and two minor scuffs. Please refer to the photos and videos, taken in natural light, for the most accurate representation of its condition.

Other minor vintage imperfections may be present due to the age and delicate nature of vintage textiles. These are considered normal for garments of this era. We carefully inspect each piece prior to listing and document all visible and notable imperfections to the best of our ability. Not every minor imperfection can always be individually noted.

Each piece has been professionally cleaned and arrives ready to wear. A light steam may be needed upon arrival to release any wrinkles from shipping. Please refer to care instructions.

Care

When steaming, we recommend using distilled water and placing a clean white cloth between the steamer and the garment to protect the fabric from potential water marks.
